Introduction

Noodle Slitter:

Also named as Noodle Cutter, Noodle Shredder, Noodle Slicer.

It's used to slit dough sheet into noodles.

A pair or pairs of combs are installed under the slitting rollers for scraping off the cutting grooves of noodle slitter. Noodles are divided into equal amounts, and then, they are hindered by metal weights when coming out of the slitter, which gives the noodle its wavy appearance.  Noodle slitting is one of the most important procedures in noodle making process. The noodle slitter plays a crucial role. The performance of noodle slitter will certainly affect the appearance, texture, and production cost of noodles.
